  • In compliance with A.R.S. §15-189.05, teacher compensation information for this school is provided. The average salary includes compensation plus performance pay but does not include supplemental compensation.

    Average salary of all teachers employed in prior year 2025-2026 – $57,837
    Average salary of all teachers employed in prior year 2026-2027 – $59,002
    Increase in average teacher salary from the prior year 2025 – $1,165
    Percentage increase – 2%

  • Annual Notice to Parents Regarding the Confidentiality of Personally Identifiable Information: CCCL Schools is committed to protecting the confidentiality of personally identifiable information collected, maintained, or used under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). This notice is provided to inform parents of their rights and the procedures the school follows regarding the storage, disclosure, retention, and destruction of student records.

  • Pursuant to A.R.S. §41-1351 and the General Records Retention Schedule for School Districts and Charter Schools Student Records (#000-11-53) established by Arizona State Library, Archives and Public Records (L.A.P.R.), Special Education Records (including placement records, referrals, evaluations, testing data and other related records) will be destroyed “five (5) years after fiscal year of final enrollment.”
  • Bullying and Harassment: CITY Center schools are safe and inclusive learning and work environments where every person is valued for their unique strengths, histories, and identities.  We do not tolerate bullying or harassment on any basis, including sexual identity, orientation, race,  culture, religion, disability, or national origin. If anyone in our learning community is experiencing bullying or harassment, they are invited to report the issue to their advisor, teacher, principal, or supervisor.  Or, if their supervisor is unresponsive or contributing to their discomfort, they may report it to the executive director or HR.  Definitions of bullying and harassment can be found in the student and employee handbooks.  Reports can also be shared using our online reporting form found on the CITY Center document hub.
